This summer LCOB junior high and high school youth will experience Secret Destination at LCOB. Secret Destination begins on Thursday, June 22, and will occur most Thursdays until August 24. Well, really, it’s half a secret. In the morning, from 8:30 -12:30, the youth will do ministry services at a local site like a food bank or clothing bank. After enjoying a lunch. All are invited to an all-church party on Friday, May 10, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Dubbed “Fiesta Friday,” the event will feature food, fun, and a few games for everyone! Food will be served from 5:30 to 6:30.
Activities will include piñatas for the children (6:00 p.m. for 5 and under and 6:30 for 6-10-year-olds), games like Loteria and Aplasta-Un-Topo (Whack-a-Mole), and fun for all ages including some small prizes! Kids can make themed crafts at the Craft Center too.
