To date, 13 shawls have been distributed, with 4 more scheduled for delivery. During the months of July and August, there will be NO monthly Prayer Shawl Meetings. The meetings will start up again in September. Anyone who completes a prayer shawl during the summer can give it to Myrl Greiner, Dee Zimmerman or Stacy Bashore-Steury. Please contact them with any questions.
All are invited to an all-church party on Friday, May 10, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Dubbed “Fiesta Friday,” the event will feature food, fun, and a few games for everyone! Food will be served from 5:30 to 6:30.
Activities will include piñatas for the children (6:00 p.m. for 5 and under and 6:30 for 6-10-year-olds), games like Loteria and Aplasta-Un-Topo (Whack-a-Mole), and fun for all ages including some small prizes! Kids can make themed crafts at the Craft Center too.
