Museum of the Bible Bus Trip
Lancaster Church of the Brethren is planning a day bus trip to the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., on January 5, 2019, departing at 7:00 a.m. and returning at 9:00 p.m. The museum is located just behind some of the popular Smithsonian museums and only three blocks from the US Capitol Building. At the museum you will see the influence Christianity had on our country. The museum is split up into three sections: the impact of the Bible, stories of the Bible, and the history of the Bible. For more information you can visit their website at museumofthebible.org. The cost of the trip is $50 for adults and $45 for children (5-11). The cost of the trip includes the bus fare, admission and a guided tour. Meals are not included and at your own expense. Contact Diana Wiker or Bob Kettering with questions about this bus trip.
