A Harvest of Blessing!
During the month of October we will be collecting items for food and care packets to be distributed through First Reformed Church UCC in Lancaster. First Reformed is one of the churches in downtown Lancaster that opens its door to provide meals on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings to those in need. Volunteers from our own LCOB provide a Tuesday evening dinner several times a year. For many, these care packets will provide the basic essentials they so often need. We will be collecting for two types of packets, one filled with snack items and the other filled with personal care items. Look for boxes in the Gathering Place and the FLC lobby to fill! The items needed are listed below:
PERSONAL CARE PACKETS
Deodorant
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Shampoo (small size bottles)
Disposable Razors
Shaving Cream
Hand Sanitizer
Wash Cloth
Combs
Gallon Sized Baggies
SNACK PACKETS
