Songs in the Chapel Concert Schedule Update
2020 Concert Schedule:
• Friday, April 3 at 7:00 p.m.–The David Franklin Trio
This jazz trio led by David Franklin, a native of Lancaster City, has been playing and teaching guitar for over 20 years. He currently directs the upper school jazz band at Lancaster Country Day School and can be heard playing at various local venues. Over the past two decades, he has opened up for Chubby Checker, The Drifters, Martha Reeves, Mavis Staples, Bill Haley’s Rockets, Taj Mahal, Charlie Gracie, Robert Gordon, and Modest Mouse. His latest project, a jazz trio, includes Mike Bitts on bass and Dave Santana on drums.
