If you have been thinking of checking out Croquet on the Lawn, don’t dawdle. The fall season is winding down. Join us Sunday from 2-4 p.m. to play croquet or corn hole, or just to sit and visit. Attendance since we began on August 9 has ranged from 9 to 25. We typically play two one-hour-long games, so if you can’t make it at 2:00, stop by at 3:00 for the second round.
All are invited to an all-church party on Friday, May 10, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Dubbed “Fiesta Friday,” the event will feature food, fun, and a few games for everyone! Food will be served from 5:30 to 6:30.
Activities will include piñatas for the children (6:00 p.m. for 5 and under and 6:30 for 6-10-year-olds), games like Loteria and Aplasta-Un-Topo (Whack-a-Mole), and fun for all ages including some small prizes! Kids can make themed crafts at the Craft Center too.
