‘Love God, Love Others’ – One-Evening VBS Program

This summer’s LCOB Vacation Bible School will be a one-evening family affair focused on the theme “Love God, Love Others.” VBS will take place on Tuesday, August 10 (rain date, Thursday, August 12), beginning at 6:15 p.m. under the portico. Children and family members will be placed into small groups to experience a variety of activities including crafts, a Bible story, some fun games, and a super-cool object lesson!
The evening will end with a yummy treat for all and time to play on the church grounds and playground. The program will end around 7:30 p.m., but participants are free to stay as long as they like to play and visit.
The theme is based on Matthew 22:37-40, where Jesus talks about the two most important commandments: Love God and love others. Be prepared for a fun evening designed to show us ALL how we can do just that!

All we need to know are the number of children and number of adults who will attend. All ages are welcome, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. We can’t wait to see you in August!
