Camp Swatara News
Camp Swatara isn’t just for kids anymore! It offers many interesting programs for all ages – Kindergarten and up.
LCOB will pay ½ tuition for all children’s camps. Get your Good as Gold certificate from Tiffany Dickel, Church Administrator, before you go to came and only send ½ the payment at time of registration. You can registration online by going to www.campswatara.org. Any questions ask Donna Lunger, camp rep.
Checkout the following and feel free to take brochures and papers from the Camp Swatara bulletin board located across from the elevator on the first floor:
- March 7-8 Taizé Lenten Retreat
- March 14-16 – Spring Weekend for 4-6th graders
- March 22 – Hiking Trails Workday
- April 4-6 – Spring Weekend for 1-3rd graders
- April 5 – Family Camping workday – free camping
- April 12 – Hiking Day/ Spring into Swatara Day – All ages are invited to see the camp.
- May 16-18 Spring Birding – New Jersey shore
- June-August – Summer Camping begins for children
- July 16th Annual Golf Fore Camp Tournament
