Annual Conference Transportation and Choir Information
June 28-July 2, 2026
Bus and Choir Information
Church members and friends wishing to attend Annual Conference in Fort Wayne, Indiana have the option to travel with members of LCOB via bus. Sign up below. We will leave the Church early on June 28 and return July 2, late. Additionally, those wishing to sing with the choir for services throughout the conference may sign up here.
Procedures
Step 1: Register for bus transportation to and from Fort Wayne, Indiana
Step 2: Mail a check for bus transportation to Lancaster Church of the Brethren (details provided on invoice on receipt of bus registration)
Step 3: Register for conference (Available March 4 – June 7)
Step 4: Reserve hotel room for conference using links provided from Step 3
Remember that all expenses are your responsibility including food throughout the week.

*Not included in bus transportation is an optional driver tip of $3-4/day. Please note that Merv Shenk is donating both his driving fee and tips to Lancaster Church of the Brethren to offset the cost of the transportation. Transportation fee is refundable.
Limited seating is available. Paid reservations are on a first-come, first–served basis.

June 28
4:30 am – Depart Lancaster Church of the Brethren for Fort Wayne, Indiana
7:00 am – Breakfast Stop (MEALS ON YOUR OWN)
7:30 am – Continue en route
10:00 am – Comfort Stop
10:30 am – Continue en route
12:30 pm – Lunch Stop (MEALS ON YOUR OWN)
1:15 pm – Continue en route
3:45 pm – Arrive at convention center
July 2
11:00 AM – Board coach for return trip home
1:00 PM – Lunch stop (MEALS ON YOUR OWN)
1:45 PM – Continue en route
4:00 PM – Comfort Stop
4:30 PM – Continue en route
7:00 PM – Dinner stop (MEALS ON YOUR OWN)
7:45 PM – Continue en route
11:00 PM – Arrive at LCOB
Choir
- The Conference Choir will provide an anthem for each service June 28, 29, and 30 and July 1 and 2.
- Rehearsals are in the afternoon with services at 7:00 pm
