Upcoming Worship Series: What Disciples DO!
We have all said, “YES!” to Jesus’ invitation to “Come Follow Me,” but often we stay stuck in the same patterns of belief and thinking as we have always had. The invitation to discipleship has always been an invitation to DO. “Come Follow Me” is an action! But it is a decidedly difficult action – even if we’ve been disciples for a long time! Beginning September 4, we will explore four passages about discipleship that are tough; they require a lot from us. We will have to wrestle with how we are living our lives and living out our faith. We will have to support one another as we are all challenged. But if we dare to risk; if we dare to DO, we may just find our believing and thinking are enriched as well! May we all follow well!
