Volunteers to Pack Hygiene Kits on April 28

Following worship service on April 28, all are invited to the Worship & Event Center to assemble 600 hygiene kits. These kits will be taken to the Brethren Service Center in New Windsor, Maryland, where they will be distributed by Church World Service (CWS) to victims of disasters in the US and abroad. Donations are being sought to fund costs of approximately $3,500 for supplies and for CWS shipping and handling.
The Pathfinders Fellowship began this project back in 1996. Since then, it has grown into a whole church effort. To date we have provided CWS with more than 22,000 hygiene kits. Please support this effort with your donations and your hands. Checks should be made out to Lancaster COB with “hygiene kits” on the memo line.
