Starlight Tea Concert Series: Elizabethtown College Student Showcase

On Saturday, April 5, at 7:00 p.m. the Starlight Tea Concert Series will welcome musicians from Elizabethtown College. The program includes something for everyone. Students, chosen by audition, will represent multiple majors and numerous instruments including violin, piano, clarinet, marimba, flute, and voice.
The Concert Choir will begin with a piece written by Canadian composer Eleanor Daley. Other works for voice include selections from the classic musical West Side Story, arias, and art songs. Also included are instrumental works by Frances Poulenc, Aaron Copland, and others. Compositions from more recent musicals Newsies and Honeymoon in Vegas also are included.
Instrumental and vocal soloists are Isabelle Bright, Connor Deah, Zachary Deah, Brynn Donoff, Ryley Douglass, Hannah Fletcher, Emily Harrell, Helen Hostetter, Lila Hughes, Gabriella Lozada, Aaron Oliver, Olivia Pituch, and Gia Solito. Piano accompanists are Audrey Bower, Mary Ellen DeWitt, Anne Gross, and Debra Ronning.
The free Starlight Tea concert series is supported by patrons and offerings received at concerts. Tea and cookies will be served following the concert.
