It is our tradition at the Lancaster Church of the Brethren when we have Pew Communion and/or Love Feast that we bring cans of food to the church for donation to the Lancaster County Council of Churches Food Hub. On Palm Sunday, April 14, please bring your food items and place them in the Food Bank Cupboard outside the Family Life Center or in the grocery cart at the entrance of the Sanctuary.
Thank you for helping those in need in our community.
All are invited to an all-church party on Friday, May 10, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Dubbed “Fiesta Friday,” the event will feature food, fun, and a few games for everyone! Food will be served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Activities will include piñatas for the children (6:00 p.m. for ages five and under, and 6:30 for six- to ten-year-olds), games like Loteria and Aplasta-Un-Topo (Whack-a-Mole), and fun for all ages including some small prizes! Kids can make themed crafts at the Craft Center too.
