Brethren Disaster Relief Auction is being held at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center on Friday and Saturday, September 26 and 27, 2014. All proceeds go to the Glory of God and to help fund the Brethren Disaster Relief Ministries. This is sponsored by the Atlantic Northeast and the Southern PA Districts. Many areas of the United States have suffered severe damage by many storms and flooding this past year and they need our help. What better way to support a very worthy cause than to spend a day at the relief auction? You can enjoy good food and renew many old acquaintances, as well as volunteer a few hours of your time to make a difference in many people’s lives. Save the dates and don’t miss out on this opportunity to serve and help those that have suffered a hardship.
Read the auction booklet you received in your mailbox and see the many things that will be happening on Friday and Saturday, September 26 and 27. Don’t miss the auction in the Main Hall, which will feature many antiques, paintings and other special treasures. There will be a special quilt sale and a children’s auction on Saturday. More details on both these in your booklet. An added children’s activity “Forgotten Friends Reptile Sanctuary” will present a show on Friday, September 26, at 6:00 p.m. in the tent. This will be for children of all ages and should be educational and fun!
