Outreach Team Invites Support for 2021 DR Congo Project

The Outreach Ministry Team has launched an effort to raise $20,000 to fund a tailoring enterprise in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. This initiative of New Community Project is expected to employ 25-30 women, enabling them to provide food for their families and educate their children. After start-up and initial training, the project is intended to be self-sufficient. One hundred percent of our donations go toward the project, with no administrative costs.
Led by Director David Radcliff, New Community Project seeks to make the world a better place to live through focus on peace, social justice, and environmental sustainability. Our congregation’s support of this project, says David, will enable New Community Project to reach out in a way that would not be possible otherwise.
To support this project, make checks payable to the church and write “DR Congo Project” in the memo line of your check or on your offering envelope. Thanks in advance for your support.
