Outreach Team Invites Support for 2021 DR Congo Project
The Outreach Ministry Team has launched an effort to raise $20,000 to fund a tailoring enterprise in Goma, Democratic Repu
blic of Congo. This initiative of New Community Project is expected to employ 25-30 women, enabling them to provide food for their families and educate their children. After start-up and initial training, the project is intended to be self-sufficient. One hundred percent of our donations go toward the project, with no administrative costs.
Led by Director David Radcliff, New Community Project seeks to make the world a better place to live through focus on peace, social justice, and environmental sustainability. Our congregation’s support of this project, says David, will enable New Community Project to reach out in a way that would not be possible otherwise.
