2023 Is Record Year for Food Hub Donations
How many people will benefit from the generosity of our members to the Lancaster County Food Hub? We may never know that number, but Bob Hess has reported that the physical giving of food and clothing to the Lancaster County Food Hub by our members set a record in 2023.
In 2023 our church delivered 4,048 pounds of food and 1,588 pounds of clothing to the Food Hub. This is in addition to the $14,345 that were contributed through our outreach budget and special appeals like 2 Cents per Meal.
Let’s continue that good work by bringing even more food and clothing this year. The food can be placed in the shopping carts at the rear of the Sanctuary or in the cabinet near the Worship & Event Center. Place clothing in the coatroom at the Worship & Event Center.
