The fall session of Wednesday Night Live got underway September 9 and continues weekly through November 11. Each week begins with dinner at 5:30, followed by classes and activities for children, youth, and adults. The meal is by donation.
At 6:30, a variety of activities for all ages are offered. Children will explore the Ten Commandments this fall. Junior and senior high youth will meet with Linda Byers in the Youth Room, and a Spanish-language class for adults will meet in Room 170, Musical groups also hold their weekly rehearsals.
An adult class in the Chapel features “Faith Stories” of members and friends of the congregation Each week at 6:30 in the Chapel, one or two people will share a portion of their life story and faith journey, reflecting on the experiences, relationships, and faith connections that have shaped them.
Presenters will reflect on people and experiences from earlier in life that helped shape them; key moments or turning points; how their faith journey began and evolved over time; and experiences of God’s presence, guidance, and grace.
