Church Seeks Director of Children’s Ministry
The Personnel Committee is seeking a Director of Children’s Ministry to serve the Lancaster congregation an average of 15 hours per week.
The Director of Children’s Ministry will provide leadership and recruit and coordinate volunteers for a goal-oriented children’s ministry, including current activities such as Sunday school, Wednesday Night Live, Vacation Bible School, Children’s Church, children’s participation in worship, nursery care, special events, and more.
Qualifications include a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an understanding and appreciation of Brethren beliefs, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred), experience in children’s ministry, and an ability to build relationships with children and support families.
