CHURCH SEEKS ADMINISTRATIVE BOOKKEEPER
The Personnel Committee is seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper to serve the Lancaster congregation an average of 16 to 20 hours per week.
The Administrative Bookkeeper works in partnership with the Administrative Secretary on office tasks. Key responsibilities include accounts payable and billing, payroll, employee insurance and pension forms; assisting with financial reports, preparing the plan of ministry (budget), and other stewardship tasks; greeting visitors and handling phone/email inquiries with professionalism and care; and assisting with other office tasks.
Qualifications include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
