Church Hike

All are invited to an afternoon hike on Sunday, November 1, at the 577-acre Glenroy Preserve along the Octorara Creek near the Lancaster/Chester County line.
Following worship, walkers will share a simple lunch together in Room 162-3 and depart in the church van and any other needed vehicles around 12:30 p.m. Walkers also can meet at the trail parking lot at 1:15 p.m.
The approximately three-mile walk is on grass and gravel trails wide enough for tractor traffic through woodland, meadows, and fields, with a moderate hill or two. Shorter loops also are available. We’ll return to the church around 4:00 p.m. Those who can are invited to give a few dollars for food and gas.
